Deliveries and Returns

We deliver products to Australia and Internationally.

Australian Orders

We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 4-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post and require a signature on delivery. Tracking information is provided by Australia Post, you will receive notifications via email and/or text message regarding the status of your delivery.

International Orders

International deliveries will be dispatched from Australia within 2 business days, with an estimate of 2 - 6 weeks for delivery. Packages may take longer to arrive depending on the destination.
International orders are shipped via Australia Post International Economy or International Standard.

International Economy shipping does not include tracking.

International Standard includes tracking. 

PLEASE NOTE: We are currently having longer than expected delays to Canada & Germany and are investigating the cause of the delay.

Depending on the products you have ordered you may receive multiple shipments. The time taken for an item to reach to you once it has been despatched depends on where it has been sent from.

Payments & Returns

Payment is taken in full when your order is placed. Please ensure the delivery address and receiver's name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we are unable to change any details once the order has been placed.

We will endeavour to supply all orders placed via this site. All products are listed for sale in good faith, but it is possible a supplier may notify us that a title is currently unavailable or no longer available. Upon receipt of this information from a supplier our online customer service team will contact you to let you know of the cancellation or delay of your order.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order we are happy to provide an exchange or refund within 14 days only of receipt. Products must be returned unused and in a re-saleable condition with any original product swing ticket and all tags still attached before a refund or exchange can be issued. Proof of purchase and receipt is required. Delivery charges are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
